Nonresident Users

Nonresident users are entities other than the Department of Music (DoM) or Sacred Music at Notre Dame (SMND) who wish to use O'Neill Hall Resources. Nonresident user events are any events that are not sponsored by the DoM or SMND. Requests must be directed to SMND and DoM.

Please start by filling out this google form. This form will forward you request to oneillproduction [at] nd.edu. If you have any questions about the form, please feel free to contact us at the email above.

Our team meets on Tuesdays every week when we analyze the form and forward it to the appropriate people for approval if everything is in order. Please plan ahead. We have a very busy schedule of classes and events in O'Neill spaces and we cannot accomodate last minute requests.

Please note that O'Neill staff are not available for non-Music and Sacred Music Events. O'Neill Production staff will coordinate access once your event is approved with your 3rd party vendors depending on your needs.
