Notre Dame Vocale to Perform Music from "Journeying La Divina Comedia" in Mexico and Chile

Notre Dame Vocale, the research and special project ensemble of Sacred Music at Notre Dame will initiate a tour of latin America by invitation of El Colegio Nacional, de Mexico, the eminent institution that reunites the most distinguished scholars, scientists and artists of this country; and the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with support from the Luksic Foundation.

This Sunday, October 16 at 7 pm Mexico time,   Notre Dame Vocale will sing the concert that inaugurates the Colegio's conference about the phenomenon of death. For this occasion, the Music Titular Member of the Colegio, composer Mario Lavista, requested Vocale to sing music from the recent presentation of "Journeying La Divina Commedia", an interdisciplinary event with a new premiere by American composer Robert Kyr.
