Kola Owolabi, Professor of Organ, will present an organ recital on Saturday September 16 at 6:30pm at Christ Church in Indianapolis. He will play both the gallery organ by Taylor & Boody, 1992 (III/37) and the chancel organ by Helmuth Wolff and Associates, 1990 (IV/50). The program will feature music by Dieterich Buxtehude, Franz Tunder, C. P. E. Bach, Alexandre Guilmant, Jehan Alain and David N. Johnson.
The previous evening on Friday September 15, Dr. Owolabi will present a masterclass for the Indianapolis and Bloomington Chapters of the American Guild of Organists and organ students from Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music.
