Concert: Guest Organist Daniel Sansone '97

Location: Basilica of the Sacred Heart

Alumnus Daniel Sansone performs throughout the United States, including recitals at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C., and St. Paul’s Cathedral in Pittsburgh. The program will feature works by J.S. Bach and Jehan Alain as well as the monumental Organ Sonata by Herbert Howells. 


This guest organist recital takes place at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart following Vespers. 

This is a free event. No tickets needed.

Concert: Guest Organist Stefan Engels

Location: DeBartolo Performing Arts Center

Stefan Engels is Professor of Organ and Leah Fullinwider Centennial Chair in Music Performance at Southern Methodist University, where he is also head of the Organ Department at the Meadows School of the Arts. He has recorded two highly acclaimed CDs on the Naxos and Priory labels and finished the world premiere recording of the complete organ works (14 CDs) of late-Romantic German composer Sigfrid Karg-Elert.
