Quinton Davis

MSM - Voice

Q Davis is a tenor and educator whose work spans opera, sacred music, and the early music tradition. He is currently pursuing a Master of Sacred Music at the University of Notre Dame (anticipated 2027), following graduate study in Historical Performance Practice at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. He holds a Post-Baccalaureate Performance Certificate, a Bachelor of Music Education, and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Purdue University–Fort Wayne.
Q made his Carnegie Hall debut in the world premiere of Where We Find Ourselves, where New York Concert Review praised his performance as "hauntingly effective." His operatic roles include Candide in Candide, Léon in Signor Deluso, the Witch in Hansel and Gretel, and Tamino in Die Zauberflöte. His concert work includes Bach's St. John Passion and Magnificat and Fauré's Requiem. Coaching from Echoing Air, the Indianapolis-based chamber ensemble, has deepened his commitment to historically informed performance.
