Journeying La Divina Commedia: Desert, Discovery, Song…is an international Dante project supported by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, with additional support from the Ann Stookey Fund for New Music, the Institute for Scholarship in the Liberal Arts at Notre Dame, and AUTODESK.
Featuring international artists in collaboration with faculty and students from the University of Notre Dame’s Sacred Music Program, the William and Katherine Devers Program in Dante Studies, and the Film, Television, and Theatre Department, the INTERNATIONAL DANTE PROJECT and JOURNEYING LA DIVINA COMMEDIA are part of the INTERDISCIPLINARY SACRED MUSIC DRAMAS at NOTRE DAME, a project of Sacred Music at Notre Dame and Notre Dame Vocale, directed by Professor of Music Carmen-Helena Téllez
