The Notre Dame Chorale and Festival Baroque Orchestra present their annual performances of Handel's masterpiece. This popular event, lead by Alexander Blachly, features a professional orchestra of Baroque instruments, with vocal soloists drawn from the Chorale and 8 students from Notre Dame Sacred Music Program including: Blessing Agu, Erin Taylor, Loren Masánqué, Scott Rogers, Samuel Ary, Maxwell Trochlil, Raphael Fernandez andJeffrey Dean. The Chorale's Messiah performances have had cheering audiences for the past thirty years.
