Benton Schmidt, 2nd year Master's student in organ, will perform his final recital at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart on April 11th at 8 PM. Celestial Fire: Organ Music for the Holy Ghost is a collection of organ works that span from the 17th century to the present day based upon the chants Veni creator spiritus and Komm Heiliger Geist. The Fritts organ in the Basilica will show its versatility through playing a wide variety of French and German music.
