In its 54th Abend-Musique concert, Notre Dame’s early music vocal ensemble will present a program of Dominican chant, as well as early organ music.
The chants are taken from three manuscripts — the Poissy Antiphonale (ca. 1335), Trinity University MS M2149.L4 (15th cent.), and the Library of Congress’s “Biggers Dominican Gradual” (16th cent.) — and from printed Dominican chant books.
