A tradition the world over, including at Notre Dame, Alexander Blachly leads the ND Chorale.

The Notre Dame Chorale and Festival Baroque Orchestra present Handel's masterpiece on period instruments with solo singers drawn from the pre-professional ranks of the Sacred Music Program. The orchestra, led by Baroque violinist Daniel Stein, includes specialists from around the country. The Chorale has been presenting  Messiah  at Notre Dame every year since 1992.
