Second-Year MSM student Cameron Brownell, tenor, will be performing an hour-long vocal recital with pianist, Mona Coalter. Highlights of this recital include a solo cantata on Psalm 23 by Johann Philipp Krieger, featuring students Caleb Wenzel, harpsichord, and Marie Smith, violin, as well as a dramatic work by Donizetti, "La dernière nuit d'un novice," in which a novice monk overcomes the temptations of an evil spirit with the help of his guardian angel. This recital will also feature works by Britten, Fauré, and Offenbach.
