On April 7-10, 2016, Notre Dame will host the biennial meeting of the American Bach Society, for which Sacred Music at Notre Dame is a major co-sponsor. The conference will feature an enticing array of concerts performed by faculty and students from Sacred Music. On Thursday evening at 8 p.m.in the Reyes Organ Hall of the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center, organ professor Craig Cramer will play a recital entitled Music of J. S. Bach and His Circle, including, in addition to Bach's famous Passacaglia, works by Georg Böhm, Buxtehude, and J. L. Krebs. Friday afternoon at 1:30 the doctoral students will play an all-Bach program, also in the Reyes Hall.
