On Saturday, April 2, at 7:00 pm, Master of Sacred Music student Brandon Burns will present an organ recital of works by J. S. Bach, Felix Mendelssohn, Jeanne Demessieux and others. The recital will also include a Tudor English piece by John Blitheman, featuring students from the Sacred Music program in a chant schola. The recital will be held in the Reyes Organ and Choral Hall in the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center and will feature both the 2004 Paul Fritts organ and the 1680s Italian organ. The event is free and open to the public, but it is ticketed.
