The Notre Dame Medieval Quartet, directed by Paul Walker, will present a program entitled "French Subtlety, English Sonority: Music Bridging the Channel ca. 1400" on Tuesday, March 29, 7 p.m., in the Reyes Organ Hall of the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center. Members of the Quartet include, in addition to Professor Walker, Mark Doerries, Joshua Boggs, and Matthew Kelly, joined by Emerson Eads. The program includes music from late fourteenth-century Francy by Baude Cordier, Jaquemin de Senleches, and Solage, and from early fifteenth-century England by Leonel Power, John Dunstaple, and even King Henry V. Admission is free but ticketed. Tickets can be obtained at the box office of the Performing Arts Center.
