Songs of Joy, Songs of Sorrow- April 12, 7:00pm. Our Lady of Loretto Church, St. Mary's
Jamie Caporizo, mezzo soprano, will perform a recital of songs highlighting the joys and sorrows experienced in a life of faith.
Listeners will enjoy the music of Buxtehude, Pergolesi, Wolf, Debussy, and Dvorak. She is joined by Mona Coalter (piano) and Mary Anne Ballard (viola da gamba), with additional support from Samantha Dotterweich (soprano), Daniel Stein and Erin Donegan (violin) and Anne Watts (viola). This event is free and open to the public.
