You Are What You Eat: Seventeenth-Century Influences on the Earliest Organ Works of J. S. Bach​

Tom Mueller will offer an overview of recently-discovered source materials that cast new light on Bach's early musical training and compositional efforts, as well as examining Bach's engagement with the works of Dietrich Buxtehude, Johann Adam Reincken, and Johann Pachelbel.

Tom is currently an Assistant Professor of Church Music and University Organist at Concordia University Irvine.
