Sounak (Raj) Das, tenor and first-year M.S.M. student in vocal performance, has won his division in the National Association of Teachers of Singing Student Auditions, Great Lakes Region! He safely recorded performances of his competition repertoire with SMND staff pianist Mariah Boucher, using the newly installed technology of the "connected rooms" in O'Neill Hall of Music/Sacred Music. He will now advance to the national semi-final round of the 2021 NATS Student Auditions.
